Events and guided walks
Every year the LOHP hosts walks, talks, courses and other events to introduce members and visitors alike to the wildlife and landscape of the headwaters of the Little Ouse valley.
|Spring morning walk||

A walk over the 'hill' from Redgrave to the Waveney/Little Ouse valley fens to enjoy spring flowers and bird song, returning by lunch time. Wear robust footwear and be prepared from April showers.No booking necessary - dogs welcome on short leads.
|A May evening stroll on the Thelnetham Fens||

|18.15||Thelnetham Village Hall||Run jointly with Suffolk Wildlife Trust, we will see the best of the Thelnetham fens at glorious orchid time and look at management being undertaken to restore the wildlife of adjacent areas. Light refreshments provided en route. Wear robust footwear. Dogs welcome on a short lead. No booking needed.|

|Moth trapping evening||8 July 2017||details tbc (weather dependent!)||Weather permitting, this will be a wonderful opportuntity to see some of the wonderful variety of moths that frequent the valley fens and woods.
